Schedule Your Appointment

Call our office at (864) 487-0155 to schedule. New patient referrals are welcome from primary care providers and self-referrals. We accept most major insurance plans.

Prepare for Your Visit

Please bring a list of current medications, your insurance card, and a photo ID. If you have prior cardiac test results, bring those as well for a complete clinical picture.

Arrive Early

Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete registration paperwork. Our front desk team will assist you with check-in and any questions you may have.

Follow-Up & Support

After your visit, we will coordinate follow-up care, lab work, or specialist referrals as needed. Our team is always available to answer questions between appointments.
